I BECAME A PHOTOGRAPHER OVER 14 YEARS AGO
Growing up, I was bullied for my freckles, buck teeth, four eyes, & chicken legs. It wasn’t until I had a makeover shoot in my late 20s that I realized that I was beautiful & got into modeling. I've now been in FRONT of the camera over 50x...you can still see my face in ROSS stores around the world today!!
I launched this business in 2010 to help others have the same transformative experience. Since then, I’ve won several awards for my work including being voted into the Top 10% of boudoir photographers worldwide during Shoot & Share's photography contest in 2019 & being named one of the Best Boudoir Photographers in the world by AIBP in 2022.
I take pride in my ability to help even the most camera-shy woman light up in front of the camera & can’t wait to photograph beautiful YOU!
WORRIED BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO POSE? YOU SHOULD BE.
Most photographers provide little to no direction at all other than telling you where to sit, stand, or lay, then photograph you in silence.
How do I know this? Because I've been in front of 50+ other photographers' cameras. Of those, only 3 provided any direction at all besides "go stand over there." The rest left me to pose myself (see examples below). If you don't have a modeling background too, you will be lost.
During a shoot with me, I'll utilize my modeling background to direct every square inch of your body + your facial expressions. I'll even show the back of my camera the entire shoot to make sure we're getting images you love.
Afterwards, you'll have photos so beautiful you'll hardly recognize yourself, even if it's your very first time doing a shoot, even if you've hated every photo of you before this. Your largest complaint will be that there are too many great photos to choose from. Don't just take my word for it though; click here to watch my nearly 100 video reviews.

When I was 8, I was bullied by my peers who made fun of my buck teeth, four eyes, frizzy hair, chicken legs, & my crush at the time told a friend he stared at me because I was so ugly.

PRESENT DAY
I had a makeover shoot that changed my life
I believed I was ugly for years & it wasn't until I had a makeover followed by a professional photoshoot when I was 28 (pictured above) that I realized I was beautiful for the first time in my life. I eventually got into modeling.
I LAUNCHED BEAUTIFUL YOU STUDIOS
After realizing how empowering a makeover shoot can be, I launched Beautiful You Studios to empower everyday women through boudoir photography. In 2024, we added beauty & brand photography to encompass the whole woman.
I'VE CHANGED THE LIVES OF HUNDREDS OF WOMEN
I’ve had my work published & have won several photography awards. My greatest pride & joy however is hearing clients like Danielle above say that doing a session with me is better than multiple years of therapy on self-esteem.
Since 2020, this beautiful ray of sunshine has been an invaluable member of the Beautiful You Studios team. As a licensed cosmetologist, she possesses exceptional skills in hairstyling and makeup artistry, ensuring our clients feel glamorously camera-ready after a makeover at our studio.

During your Same-Day Order Appointment, I apply color corrections as well as create black & white versions of each of your images. Once you choose the images you want to purchase, I send them off to Taylor who does all the air brushing, skin smoothing, & polishing to give you that magazine-quality look our work is known for!
